I like snacks, dance parties, watching the sunset, and those strange and lovely feelings that hit down to your bones (in a fun way!).
Born in Baltimore, I spent some formative years in East Tennessee then flew north to attend Boston University before landing in New York, where I knew I'd end up sooner or later.
I'm half-Korean and half solid Southern (US) stock. This made for a pretty interesting blend of cultures growing up, and now I consider myself part kindly Asian lady and part mountaineer with perhaps a trace of railroad hobo somewhere in the blood.
I was first drawn to acting while hamming it up as a little kid, and got involved in theater throughout my school years. There did come to pass a marked phase of awkward teenliness (see above), which gave way to collegiate distraction (like majoring in English, amongst other things). But I could never shake the urge to serve as a medium for characters and feelings both odd and universally relatable. So here I am!
I'm consistently striving to go further, to push myself, to make each performance better than the last. I think things are just getting exciting!
